Quintero is bounded to the north by the homonymous bay, south along the Aconcagua River which separates it from the town of Concon, northeast by Windows and commune Puchuncav� up to the Happy Valley area, east of the Cordillera de la Costa and Cerro Mauco that border Quillota commune, and to the west by the Pacific Ocean . The very long beach Ritoque going west from the latter sector Conc�n . In urban areas there are several points of interest: on the north end of the peninsula is the Pirate's Cave and The Shells and beaches lovers. To the west is Cerro El Faro, where the lighthouse and the beach of Papagayo. At Cerro La Cruz is the Felix Puntilla Sanfuentes, where there is a strong accompanied by several beaches. To the east is the center and the airport bordering Loncura .
