1863

The September 14, 1863 is built the "White Rock Station." For Don Basilio Arratia, train driver "Arratia" named after people for their punctuality, Pe�a Blanca station was their goal, starting and control your accuracy.

1883

"Vi�a Miraflores" was called a vineyard located in Pena Blanca, owned by an Italian Nicanor Ramon Lombardi, which was later bought by Don Buenaventura Joglar.

1885

In 1885, by law, the government recognizes as Pe�a Blanca district dependent Limache commune.

1891

By 1891, construction began on a train whereabouts in Villa Alemana, thanks to the transfer of 4 has of land, made by Don Buenaventura Joglar.

1893

"Alto de Villa Alemana" is a population consisting of Don Pedro Dupr�, on the south side of the highway of Valparaiso Limache.

1894

On June 7, 1933, Villa Alemana definitely separates Quilpu� commune, creating the commune of Villa Alemana.
