February : Carnival of Putre .
August 15 : festival of the Virgin of the Assumption , with dances in the streets of the town.
November (later this month): Andean Regional Fair , with displays livestock , mining , handicraft , folk and tour of the highlands ; simultaneously perform the Song Festival and the International Fair Andean Integration.
November (last weekend): Christ the King , with a procession to a cave in the ravine Canyon
