beauty and wonderful views attract many Eco-tourists. It is home to the White
River(see a poem of the same name, and also an 'Ode' to the village, in
Echoes
& Memories, a volume of poems by Clayton Didier
and Victoria Falls. Another valuable reference
on this village is the book entitled
On the Pastures of Belvedère by
Clayton Didier,a biography of arguably this village's most distinguished son,
the Hon. L.C.Didier M.P.(1889-1987)-educator/farmer/politician.
