Although Santa Rosa this located on the Caribbean
coast culture is not costeña as it should be, santa rosa is a village inhabited
mostly by people of Antioquia , Boyacá , the Caribbean coast and Santander ,
therefore their culture is a mixing between the habits and customs of the above
regions
