Hastsal ki Laat or Hastsal Minar, is situated at corner of Hastsal village in Nangloi Jat area, popularly known as the Laat, the 75-feet high minar (tower) was built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1650 and served as his hunting lodge. It resembles the Qutub Minarin design and is also made with red sandstone.

There's an underground tunnel between the Laat and the palace "bara dari". It was said that the rulers used this tunnel to escape from the palace in case of emergency
