Recent years

In the following years up to the present, Florence has been an important architectural and urban development through the construction of several buildings like the Municipal Palace, the Tower Jorge Gaitan and the building of the Governor of Caquetá. It also affected the urban development of the town Malvinas aggregation, which occupies much of the eastern district of the city. Additional neighborhoods in the south of the city, as Bellavista, Villamónica or Yapurá developments were also created.
