Alcalá is a Colombian municipality located in
the northeast of Valle del Cauca. Antioquia was founded by
settlers in the late eighteenth century and in 1919 received the title of town.
this is one of the municipalities that are part of the Coffee
Cultural Landscape, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011.
