The city is now considered one of the most important sights of Brazil,
receiving tourists from the center-south of the country and countries like
Argentina, Portugal, the United States, Israel and France . The place also has
one or two dozen luxury hotels and hundreds of smaller hotels, but good quality
and with an international airport capable of landing aircraft of similar size
