class="MsoNormal">Following its foundation ie towards 1940 and 1945 the Municipality of Quipile suffers great social tension due to the struggle of political hegemony generating violence between the traditional political parties, Liberals and Conservatives starting in this way a process of decay due to displacement of the inhabitants of the municipal center and giving rise to the emergence of the four police inspections that currently exist.
