Culture of Iza

Iza has two accredited groups Watchers Cultural Heritage, the Nido Verde Foundation since 2009 and created by the Mayor in 2010.  Both groups performed together rescue activities to cultural identity and seek increasing social appropriation about it, because only from the community survival is achieved in time. Tend a development that meets the quality of life without adversely affecting its cultural value, ie make cultural tourism industry that creates jobs and prosperity and self-sustaining activity. This also involves the care of their natural environment, which led, among others, the celebration of the National Meeting Iza Walkers 2009.
