San Rafael de El Moj�n is a strategic business point and communication as it is a crossroads where the roads converge toward Sinamaica and Maracaibo and also a small port where cruise boats that go to the Island of San Carlos , Sabaneta de Mendoza , Island Zapara and Toas Island .
