Festival time (Pahiyas Festival, celebrated
every 15th of May) is the best time to go to Lucban – although the town itself
generally experiences occasional showers and thunderstorms as well as mist
descending from Mount Banahaw the entire year. An umbrella always comes in
handy in case of a sudden downpour
