In other communities of the entity, this month is chosen to celebrate religious fiestas to the Virgin of Soledad, the virgin of the Merced and the fiestas of San Miguel. The Fiestas of San Juan Bautista in Vetagrande, the National Fair of Huanusco, the Regional Fair in Nochistlan in the place of the same name, the Anniversary Fair of Luis Moya, Zacatecas and the International Festival of Theatre in the street of the city of Zacatecas, take place in October.
