Adrian Escobar, Guillermo Quijano, Alberto Williamson and others, who created a small community next to the road leading to the town of Guamitos, distant about half an hour, they called the parish, and by Ordinance No. 3 July 16 of the same year, as judges of Icononzo institutes.
