The Church of St. Lucia: Research Dr. Carlos
Arbelaez Camacho on doctrineros temples provides that Busbanzá temple dates
from the seventeenth century, whose facade is transformed and the interior is
quite rich, the temple is classified in category C. 1966 Tunja. A report of
"Directory Boyacense" No. 244-245, inventory of colonial objects
called Church of Boyaca, and to the case of Busbanzá called Colonial Church and
Frontis. The plant has a single nave covered by a gable roof with two axial
chapels which are the image of Santa Lucia (Patron) and baptistery, adorning
the facade is the steeple
