Tour buses run every day from Ho Chi Minh City, which is 96km to the northwest. Tours, which usually include a stop at Cu Chi to see the Cu Chi Tunnels, cost about US$7-9 (140-180,000 VND).

There are three roads to take to get into Tay Ninh which are : Truong Chinh, Cong Hoa, and Au Co.

Tay Ninh is about 100 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City. To get to "Ba Den" Mountain, if you are traveling by motorbike, it would take you about two hours. Visitors also can take a bus from "Ben Thanh Station" to"Go Dau" (Tay Ninh) and another from "Go Dau" to "Long Hoa".

From Ho Chi Minh City you would take Truong Chinh where it also merge onto Cach Mang Thang Tam as it would head out of Ho Chi Minh City. Au Co will then be reach by going three thang two street and then turning right with Le Dai Hanh. Le Dai Hanh will eventually turn into Au Co. Remember that once you get onto the highway that you must be aware of "xe om" motorbikes . All "xe om" motorbikes must keep to the shoulder. After you pass Cu Chi, all vehicles will be allowed to drive together and not separated.

From Cu Chi, you can go either by bus 702 (18k Dong, ~1h45) or 701 to Gau Dai (10k Dong, ~1h) + 4 to Tay Ninh (12k Dong, ~45min)
