There is not much evidence for religious practices within
the grand city of Chan Chan. This is clearly evident in the lack of information
given in my resources and the sparse amount of time spent on the research about
the important aspect of culture. Within my resources only two even mentioned
religion or religiously affiliated objects, and only two or three pages were
dedicated to the topic. I believe that this is the case because Chan Chan was
not being used as a religious center, but the people instead traveled to other
areas of Peru such as the great cities of Pachacamac or Pacatnamu which were
