JuteVilla
The cultural diversity in Delhi is characterized by the diversity in Delhi religion. Delhi Religion include Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism, Jainism and Christianity. Waking up to the calls of Namaz in the mosques, the Gurbani in the Gurudwaras and the chantings in the temples, which are accentuated by frequent ringing of the bell, provide the ideal mantra for beginning a day.

The vibrancy of the culture of Delhi is defined by the festivals that are observed in the state. Delhi religious festivals range from 'Durga Puja', 'Chhath Puja' to Christmas and 'Eid'. A state of colors and flavors, Delhi is also home to numerous religious and seasonal fairs like that of 'Phoolwalon-Ki-Sair'.

The heterogeneity in Delhi religion is probably because of the mass migration into the territories from other Indian regions. Delhi seems to be the shelter for all in search of work, education and medical assistance. It has watered and nurtured the cultural diversity of the country indemnifying some of the most important historical sites and religious monuments of the country
