Another source, who seems to have the word Tangua, is the tagua , a product of the eastern regions called vegetable ivory of the Amazon rainforest.

However, this source seems to have much acceptance, since this region has had little or nothing to do with the Amazonian culture, although it is possible some contact cultural old as the region may well be a staging of the Amazon region to the Pacific .
