Santa Rosa de Viterbo is Spanish city foundation. In 1689 Alejandro de Villamil and Casariego, being seized neighbors residing in the villages of Tunja, Tibasosa and Busbanzá raised request to ecclesiastical tax promoter Archbishop of Santa Fe for which they are appointed priest secular, offering to found a parish the title of Santa Rosa de Viterbo, between the charming village of Tunja and Cerinza, whose effect relates to buying land and populated in giving them the priest scoops and perquisites, plus stipend sufficient to cover the expenses of the
