The bus station for the "Hwy 17 Express" to Santa Cruz, Amtrak Thruway Bus, Megabus, and Ca Shuttle Bus and local VTA bus and light rail are at the Diridon Station (Amtrak & Caltrains).

California Shuttle Bus offers service to San Francisco in one direction and Los Angeles in the other.

Greyhound

Hoang Express offers service to the Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix. 

InterCalifornias. From San Jose they go south to Los Angles via via Bakersfield, Fresno & San Fernando. From Los Angeles they go to Mexicali and Tijuana on separate routes

TUFESA Offers bus service to/from various points in Mexico, California & Arizona.

Amtrak California runs a bus from Gilroy, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara. Santa Cruz Metro provides a bus line (Highway 17 Express to and from Santa Cruz. Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) runs bus lines (Routes 180 and 181 to Fremont and its BART station. These services leave from Diridon Station, although VTA Routes 180, 181 and the Highway 17 Express also serve Downtown
