Fernando Mendez of a lot of land to expand the urban part of town was signed.
This
date has been consecrated as a founding document of the Giant, but in reality
the people existed before the year 1698. The December 24, 1782 the
residents decided to move the people to the place it occupies, turning to
developing, now conveniently, until in 1789 he was elevated to the status of
municipality.
