met at a place called the ashtray to raise a record which was brought before
the civil and ecclesiastical governments of Santa Fe for the corresponding
study. As the story by choosing the
name Manuel Ignacio de los Reyes took his hands in a flower field ashtray and
said "between Floresta Flowers". Hence
its name, the original was "La Floresta". After
completing the requirements that required the establishment of new populations,
the prosecutor of Santa Fe and the Curia in the same city gave approval and
ordered the documents straight into the Viceroy and Vice-trustees for legal
formalities. The Viceroy Juan de Samano
erected the new parish of La Floresta 1. June 1818
