In the central and somewhat distant from all three sources of
water here, charted and built the central area of this district, from which
he began at the greater urban fabric, and develop a better growth of the town,
with buildings as the Main Church. The park, at that time, 1884 , was a land
of "sleeves" or pastures, where large trees predominated.
