 Indigenous community Lickanantai Toconao, has established its own means of communication and dissemination of culture through a Community Radio Station cutting and thanks to the high content of crystals in the sand as pyrite, quartz and lithium, can spread their message to more than 130 klm from its modest base, its frequency is 102.9 FM. The community chooses among its community members to take turns to keep you strong radial system and is considered the official voice of ancestral communities Lickanantai-Atacame�a.

Traditions

Among its calendar of holidays and memories are in San Lucas October town's patron, February Carnival Toconao reuniting fruit harvest thanks to the start of Lent in the Catholic Church. There is also the celebration of the Virgen del Carmen on July 16 and in order lickanantai.
