Puyehue , originally called Villa de Entre Lagos , one is a commune of Chile located in the Osorno Province in the Los Lagos Region X . Its capital is the community center of Entre Lagos . Integra along with the municipalities of Puerto Octay , Black River ,Purranque , Fresia , Frutillar , Llanquihue , Puerto Varas and Los Muermos Precinct No. 56 and belongs to the 17th Senatorial District (South Lakes)
