Puc�n, tourist destination known as "the capital of adventure tourism allows preferably in summer excursions such as hiking, trekking , rafting , canopy , kayaking , horseback riding, bird watching, and fishing . Due to its natural setting, close to volcanoes ,lakes , national parks and hot springs , is a destination that allows year-round tourism. So in winter and spring, you can go skiing and snowboarding on the slopes of the Villarrica volcano , to finish in the afternoon in the spa, in its outdoor pools, in the woods. There are a dozen travel agencies that are mainly located in the strip or close to it, where tourists can buy services for different Tours.

Pucon municipal regulations requires the least 40% of the materiality of the building are of stone or wood, plus the required roofing paint in black, burgundy or dark green
